This COULD be considered OP, but from a lore perspective, these are basically magic rocks so they don't really have a limit to what they can do and I personally felt the carry weight increases before were WAY too small to be of any practical use. Buffs carry weight artifacts (15, 25, and 50 kg. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED to use the Artifact Degradation option, otherwise it could be slightly OP.
Simple mod that removes all radiation gain (for some, it was other negatives) from artifacts.
